John Eustace the all-action 29 year old midfielder who was previously Coventry City player is hopeful that his career after switching on loan to Derby County will make a kick-start. This Watford star has signed this week a loan deal of 2 months but has not really played any football as first team since December.

He said that he has kept himself fit even though he has not been playing football as a part of the first team, but Nigel Clough, the manager has hopes from him and he wants to prove right the decision of the manager.

He has made a total of 236 appearances and is of the opinion that he is ready to go right into the team and feels that he has the advantage of being fresh as compared to other players who have been playing regularly about two games in a week.

John Eustace who has also previously been on spells of loan to other clubs like Middlesbrough, Dundee United and Hereford United is quite confident that he can give impressive performances and can make himself earn a good deal on a permanent basis with the Rams. He plans to put his best efforts and feels great as part of Derby County. But any Coventry fans, who have Eustace’s Coventry City football shirt, probably won’t be wearing it again any time soon. He said that though he knows that he has not played much football recently but he has a lot of experience behind him that will be of real help to the club. He further added that though it is his job to put in their best game where ever they go, but he is very happy about this deal.
