The players at Coventry City were shocked by Chris Coleman when he threw a surprising fitness test that was gruelling at the training centre. Toughness test is the test that is normally undertaken as a portion of pre-season programme.

Just when the players thought of relaxing after the busy schedule, the boss of Coventry City Club sprang with a leg sapping session in order to test his players’ fitness for their last push of the campaign. The boss was very much satisfied with players’ fitness and their first class attitude with all previous beating scores and many beating and excelling test put the players through the paces.

The boss said that “we did few fitness tests and I think few boys were thinking, hang on, it’s just March and from now there are only 8 games left” and also he said that “in those 8 games there are lots of points and I do not have anyone thinking and we need some more win and we all will be alright.” Moreover, the fitness gruelling fitness workouts instituted by Coleman constitute much more than simply jogging on a treadmill like the PowerTrek Slimline; no, Coleman is pushing his players to the breaking point with all sorts of strenuous exercises. He also told that ”as a player he used to hate that sort of fitness works and this is what we need”. “It was something that players did not like that kind of fitness work and the players’ attitude towards the fitness test was fantastic and now all of theirs’ levels are pretty high”. “So we have to keep this fitness until the last whistle is blown”.

The boss also said that “this test is called as yo-yo test and tested all our players in the summer and we’ve even tested our player this week as well and they all are fine”.
