Cristiano Ronaldo again rejects new Real Madrid Rumours but Speculation continues
As per latest news reports, Cristiano Ronaldo has rejected rumours that he is about to leave Manchester United (MU) for Real Madrid in the coming summer. The issue goes back to all the way to last year’s October when Ronaldo had said that he had made the right decision by rejecting the Spanish side last summer and would stick to Manchester United. However, rumours have begun to go around that Real Madrid Director Pedro Trapote has been claiming that a deal for Ronaldo’ transfer this summer has already been struck. Also as per the rumours, Real Madrid is going to make £75m bid for the top player. Adding to the confusion is Manchester United’s boss, Sir Alex Ferguson claiming that Ronaldo’s career is soaring to new heights with MU and he is going to stay with MU.
The story again took a new turn when Real Madrid President Ramon Calderon resigned this January and a new round of elections are due on June 14 are upping the chances of Real Marid associating with top players. As of now, Real Madrid President Calderon has also denied claims that the club has approved a deal with Cristiano. He said that any such agreement was “totally dead”. Howeer, amidst all this confusion, Ronaldo came one step closer to Real Madrid when he told Ferguson to stay away from the Portuguese training camp. As per sources, Roanlado has even told a Brazilian website that he would like to move to Madrid. Only time will tell whether or nor Ronaldo moves to Real Madrid but the football world is rife with speculation that a change of heart is certainly on the cards! Probably, Ronaldo does want to join Real Madrid and the only thing stopping him is Manchester United. One can only wait to know what will happen next and wait for rumours to settle down so that reality dawns.
