Frank Lampard is Satisfied with the Performance from his Team Chelsea
Satisfied with his performance this season, Frank Lampard, the midfielder from Chelsea is of the opinion that he is going through the best phase of his life however he may be a bit mystified from the exclusion of his name from the nominated list of 5 players from Manchester United and Steven Gerrard from Liverpool for the “PFA player of the Year” award in spite of his belief being in the best of his form.
Commenting on the same he said that he has not given a thought to this aspect of his omission though many people have expressed their surprise over this issue, but he feels that it is absolutely a correct decision and not a politically influenced one. Of course, he would rather lift weights on a something like the Vitesse 150lb home gym and win either the Champions League or FA Cup, then lift up individual awards in celebration. Frank Lampard said that they are almost again on the verge of lifting trophies and they are playing their games well with a certain amount of belief and strength. Further he said that though at the beginning of the season they did loose some games and points through some late goals but things have changed now. Comparing this period with Jose Mourinho era he said that though he hates to make any comparison but similar feeling of confidence is there and they are now more freely scoring goals. Even at the late stages in the game deep down in the heart there is a confidence that even at the late stage of the game they will win the match.
